Order Processing

We begin assembling your order the moment it is submitted. Most orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days, from Monday through Friday. As soon as your items are packaged and handed over to the carrier, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note: Orders submitted during the weekend or on recognized public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Delivery Timeline

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, standard delivery generally takes between 7 and 13 business days. Please be aware that actual arrival dates can fluctuate slightly based on your exact location, the specific carrier's efficiency, and unexpected disruptions like severe weather or peak holiday volume.
